Planning Application submitted for £3.4M re-development project near Henley-on-Thames, UK.
The project is expected to demolish and existing 3,500 Sq.ft office building and create three 2 bedroom homes, one 3 bedroom home, Four 2 bedroom townhouses and release three listed properties consisting of one 4 bedroom, one 3 bedroom and one 2 bedroom property.
Located in the centre of the village of Nettlebed close to all amenities and within commuting distance to central London. Interest has been significant.
Planning consent expected during March 2009 – commencement June 2009.

Holland Euro 520,000 Acquisition
Outline planning considered for commercial factory complex in Lichtenvoorde, Holland with a view to create eight building plots for 2 to 3 bedroom townhouses.
Austria Proposed Development
Outline planning projections evaluated for development of care and retirement home in Waldhausen, Upper Austria. On the site of an existing hotel, office and land portion acquired by Dalton Group Ltd. In 2004. Preparations and evaluation have commenced to re-develop and enlarge the site creating primary and secondary care accommodation for the elderly and retired.
Expected to create up to 14 self contained apartments in stage 1 with stage 2 providing a further 16 apartments. Stage 3 will provide 12 intensive care rooms.

Following extensive negotiations with planners the project has been changed to create two 2 bedroom homes in place of the proposed 3. A further 3 bedroom home, Four 2 bedroom townhouses and release three listed properties consisting of one 4 bedroom, one 3 bedroom and one 2 bedroom property will remain.
Planning consent expected during April 2009 – commencement July 2009.
